Ugo and Antoine already had a solid background in the restaurant world. Their father, Laurent, came from the world of finance. Their mother, Pascale, made it all possible, supporting the family every step of the way and ensuring everyone could thrive in their new adventure.

Driven by a love for quality, they built a team of talented people and partnered with Claude, a seasoned expert with 30 years of experience in the U.S. food scene. Together, they opened a culinary lab in Miami, where chefs and pastry makers create, innovate, and prepare the flavors that define Oui Bistrot.
