One subject has always brought them together: the love of cooking and good, savory and sweet dishes. They decided to take over a small restaurant to make it the first French Bistrot aimed at French, North American and South American tastes. The best of 3 worlds, revisited by a French family.

The taste for quality pushed them to surround themselves with the best, and to quickly open a cooking laboratory in Miami by partnering with Claude, an expert in the culinary industry in the USA for 30 years. In this Production Center, a team of cooks and pastry chefs innovate, create and produce what will become the Best of our restaurants tomorrow.
